Delivery Policy:

Delivery Times:

- We offer fixed daily delivery shifts in the morning and evening. You'll be notified of your specific window based on your location and our delivery route.

- In the event of fuel price changes that result in adjustments to delivery costs, the customer will bear the difference according to the updated pricing.

Alternative Delivery:

- If the scheduled times don't work for you, we can arrange delivery outside our regular schedule for an additional fee.

Missed Deliveries:

- If you miss your delivery and request a redelivery, an additional delivery fee will apply.

• Please note: deliveries will be paused during Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha holidays. We'll notify you in advance to ensure a smooth schedule after these holidays.

Meal Storage:

- Refrigerate your entire meal box upon arrival.

- Meals are designed for same-day consumption for optimal freshness.

- Fruits, salads, breads, and vegetables are only guaranteed fresh for one day.
