Terms of service

Ordering Policy:

New Orders:

- We require 48 business hours' notice to process new orders. If we're at capacity, we'll notify you and schedule your order for a specific date.

Meal Plan Changes:

- You will have 48 hours to modify their upcoming weekly meal plan after we send it. Otherwise, we will consider it confirmed.

- You can make up to two changes per modification for maximum

Menu Adjustments:

- Our nutritionists may occasionally update the menu to align with your nutritional goals.

Order Changes & Cancellations:

- You can modify or pause your order delivery time with at least 24 business hours' notice. This includes skipping a day's delivery.

  • Orders without 24-hour notice are considered processed and cannot be rescheduled. You will be charged for these undelivered meals.

Subscription Pausing Policy:

- Monthly Subscriptions: Can be paused for up to 6 days.

- Quarterly Subscriptions: Can be paused for up to 18 days.

- Daily and Weekly Subscriptions: Pausing is not available.

Payment Policy:

- For subscriptions, the customer must pay in full (cash or Visa) upon delivery of the first day's meals to prevent cancellation of the service.

- Bank transfers must be received one day before delivery.
